Weekly review mindset: track without overthinking the data

Example
Anonymous4/6/2026, 8:33:00 AMThis is a seeded example thread.2

I used to overanalyze every record and got stuck. Now I track only what affects action: consistency, average duration, and trigger context. If the data does not change behavior, I ignore it. That shift made tracking feel light and sustainable.

How to Add Value Here
1. Say what trigger or pattern you noticed.
2. Share the one rule or experiment you tested.
3. Mention what changed after a few sessions.
4. Keep it specific enough that someone else can copy it today.
